Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of cpulze.com and the cpulze AI narrative scanning service operated by Nuwayz Systems Ltd. By using cpulze you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting a scan or subscribing.

1. The service

cpulze is an AI narrative monitoring service for independent hotel and property owners. The service scans AI search engines — including Perplexity — to surface what AI is saying about your property based on publicly available review data. cpulze then delivers a scan report to your email address.

The free tier provides up to 5 lifetime scans per email address, showing the top 2 critical themes found. The Intelligence + Ledger subscription provides unlimited scans, all themes, fortnightly automated scanning, and access to the owner ledger.

2. Eligibility

To use cpulze you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a hotel owner, property operator, or their authorised representative
• Have the authority to act on behalf of the property you are scanning
• Provide accurate information about your property and contact details

By submitting a scan request you confirm you are the owner or authorised representative of the property named in the scan.

3. Free tier

The free tier is offered at no charge subject to the following conditions:

• A maximum of 5 lifetime scan requests per email address
• Only the top 2 critical themes are shown in the free scan report
• Additional themes found during the scan are noted but not disclosed
• Free scans run on the Perplexity engine only
• Free scan results are delivered by email and are not stored in a dashboard

cpulze reserves the right to modify the free tier terms, including the number of free scans available, with reasonable notice. Existing free scans already used will not be retroactively affected.

4. Intelligence + Ledger subscription

4.1 Subscription terms

• The Intelligence + Ledger plan is billed monthly at $99/month (or local equivalent)
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled
• You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

4.2 What's included

• Unlimited AI narrative scans for one property
• All themes shown — no gating
• Fortnightly automated scans scheduled without manual trigger
• Full owner ledger to log operational changes
• 60-day narrative shift tracking per ledger entry
• Access to all available AI engines
• propertyvoice public profile page at cpulze.com/propertyvoice/[your-property]

4.3 One property per subscription

Each subscription covers one property. If you operate multiple properties each requires a separate subscription. Enterprise arrangements covering multiple properties are available — contact us at pulse@cpulze.com.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use cpulze to:

• Submit scan requests for properties you do not own or represent
• Attempt to circumvent the 5 scan free tier limit using multiple email addresses
• Automate or script scan submissions without our written consent
• Use the service to scan competitor properties for competitive intelligence purposes
• Submit false, misleading or harmful information in scan requests or ledger entries
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or systematically extract data from cpulze
• Use the service in any way that violates applicable law or regulation

6. Accuracy and limitations

cpulze surfaces what AI search engines are currently saying about your property based on publicly available review data. Please be aware of the following limitations:

• Scan results reflect AI output at the time of the scan and may change between scans
• AI outputs are non-deterministic — the same scan run twice may surface different findings
• cpulze does not guarantee that logging a change in the ledger will result in a narrative shift
• The 60-day tracking window is indicative — narrative shifts may take longer or may not occur
• cpulze is not responsible for the content of reviews surfaced by AI search engines
• Scan reports are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional reputation management advice

7. Intellectual property

All content, design, software and intellectual property on cpulze.com belongs to Nuwayz Systems Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, copy or distribute any part of cpulze without our written consent.

You retain ownership of all content you add to your owner ledger. By adding content to the ledger you grant cpulze a non-exclusive licence to display that content on your propertyvoice public profile page if you choose to publish it.

8. Scan report content

Scan reports contain verbatim quotes from publicly available reviews as surfaced by AI search engines. cpulze does not author or endorse the content of these quotes. We are reporting what AI search engines are citing — not making independent assessments of your property.

If you believe a review surfaced in a scan report is defamatory, false or should be removed from the originating review platform, please contact that platform directly. cpulze cannot remove reviews from TripAdvisor, Google, or other review platforms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

cpulze is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy or completeness of scan results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nuwayz Systems Ltd disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nuwayz Systems Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of cpulze, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of bookings, or damage to reputation.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of cpulze shall not exceed the total amount you paid to cpulze in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to cpulze at any time if we believe you have violated these terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at pulse@cpulze.com.

On termination of a paid subscription your data will be retained for 2 years and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of cpulze after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
